  they are not properly insured - i had an incident and found out later that the insurance company is something like self insured - watch out

  First not their address, its 35 Chrich Ave, but don't go because: Shaddy!!! I went all the way out there and they told me one price on the phone. They not only tried to charge me more once I got there. After they had already runs my card (including a $500 hold) they wanted me to sign a blank credit card slip that had run my card with the old fashioned way. In addition, their contract referred to a deductible chart that I was supposed to refer to that the woman who worked there couldn't or wouldn't show me. Finally, their moving trucks were disgusting. The floors were not metal and they had lose powder of some sort on them. When I asked, they told me it's what I should expect as they are moping trucks (never happened elsewhere). When the tried to get me to sign the blank credit card slip, I had them void the first payment and I walked away without even renting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
