  Don't rent, bad business had to hunt down for the day of party.Rented else where, got lucky.

  Manager is very friendly. Set-up and take-down went great! Everyone had a great time! All star had a wide variety of bouncers to rent out with. Although this year we couldn't spend as much due to other issues but next time we rent, we're going big with their obstacle courses! Will definitely be using in the future! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

  Delivery time for my daughter's Cinco de mayo birthday party.. was agreed on 10:30 am.. needless to say 6 hours late without hearing a word from them in between.. even after phone calls made to ask why they haven't showed. Receptionist had no answers.. just avoidance & lies. Long story short we ended up calling another bounce house party place & had it delivered within the hour thank God. I am very disappointed in All star & the way they handled this situation.. No call to apologize or anything. Just rude & not worried about customer service at all. That's not how to run a business. Lost us as customers. I don't recommend this place at all. I regret not looking at these reviews first before picking this place..

  They were not on time for set up, then they realized that we would need a generator. The party was from 1 to 3, they didn't get officially set up until 2pm. We had 2 bounce houses and popcorn machine and a bubble machine..... Then I was told that she would have to add an additional 36 dollars to the already 609 that we spent for the additional time for the guys that set up. When I told her how frustrating it was that they were not on time, and the party ended in an hour, she showed absolutely no concern for my concerns, This was for a 3 year olds party. I will no use this company again. and I strongly recommend finding another bounce house company... this one does not have any concerns for their business or the need to keep their customers happy.

  I cannot express enough how you should not use this company. I hired them for the fall festival at my son's elementary school. The dunk tank was broken, didn't bring all the supplies for the sports arcade inflatable, or bring enough gas for the inflatables. The owner stopped accepting my calls to rectify the issue. They had enough time to bring another dunk tank but got there after the festival started. The kids were so disappointed.
