  We were pleased with the product but not at all happy with Rick's response to our repeated requests for channels for the transitions pieces, and never did get them. Also estimates was was over calculated by almost 3 boxes that are not returnable. I suggest you find another distributor that is more proactive.

  Great prices with the Best customer service. They even help design! Then to top it off, the installers were polite, knowledgeable and clean.
