  Probably the worst customer service I've experienced in Austin .The man that answered the phone was by far one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. He made it abundantly clear that being decent to customers is not his concern and implied that I was a total idiot. I wouldn't send my worst enemy over for this kind of treatment. And his price was outrageous. Went to a shop in Leander and got the same electrical work that he quoted 5 hours to do for only 200 bucks.

  I have been to many repair shops in Austin, but this is by far the best experience I've ever had with an auto mechanic. In a city where I have come to expect mechanics to use sly methods of charging to make the total price as high as possible, this shop was honest and timely, and very reasonable with pricing. All Points is my first choice from now on.

  I only see generalized comments about good service and how good they are with Inspection stickers but none with details on specific maintenance accomplished by this shop.

  Eddie is a nice guy, I trust him to find the problem and fix it. He is honest and straight forward. Always comforting to know my cars are in good hands.

  Great auto shop. I got my car inspected here and oils have failed from having a center brake light out (new requirement in Texas). Since it's a repair shop, they had the light in stock and swapped it out for $5. Friendly and honest service, my new go-to mechanic
