  Very bad and unprofessional service. The movers arrived at 6:00 pm as planned, they started complaining about the timing, one of them said that they got screwed by the company for sending them to do this job at this time. Then they said that they ran out of wrappers while doing the previous job so they have to move everything as it is. We had no choice because we were supposed to be out of the house before midnight. Few pieces were scratched, one of the dressers fell apart while they are trying to move it. We had to leave the office desk behind because they did not want to spend the time to disassemble it . Before they started the responsible guy said that they have to move everything very fast because they have to be back at the office by 11:00 pm,( They are not allowed to work after 11) beside all of that he was not embarrassed to mention that they are expecting tips when they are finished, and when they arrived to the new house he said we are only allowed to accept cash tips, so if you do not have cash you can run to the ATM and bring some. The level of rudeness was very high, the whole time while they are doing the job they were complaining. Very disappointing experience

  CALLED 2 WEEK AGO AND SET UP TO HAVE 2 GUYS TO HELP ME MOVE ON A FRIDAY TOLD THEM THAT I HAD ONE DAY TO MOVE EVERYTHING. CALLED DAY BEFORE TO MAKE SURE WE WERE STILL GOOD. THEY TOLD ME SORRY THAT THEY ONLY HAVE A 3 OR 4 MAN TEAM TO HELP ME MOVE AND THEY CANT SEND 2 GUYS NOW. AND IT WILL COST MORE MONEY. I TOLD THEM I CAN ONLY HAVE MONEY FOR 2 GUYS LIKE WE ORIGINAL TALKED ABOUT. HE THEN SAID SORRY I HAVE 3 MIN OR NOTHING. NOW I'M IN A BAD SITUATION. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK

  Deven and Dom were fantastic! Professional and very courteous. I’ve dealt with some very seedy movers in the past with those super low rates and questionable footwear, such as sandals. These guys had all their limbs, no back issues, and never complained. They did not linger. They never took smoke breaks, and were concerned about our clock running. The furniture came in one piece without scratches. They were flexible, on time, and adapted to the circumstances. I am very impressed. I will recommend them to my friends who are planning to move.

  Words cannot describe how great this company is. Our original movers were a no show on move day. I called All My Sons Keller in a panic at 1000 am . By 100 pm we had Travis and his crew loading up our stuff on the truck. Not only did they bend over backwards to help us out, the cost ended up being less. Other companies should take customer service training from this company. From the first contact on the phone until the last piece was offloaded, this was the best moving experience we could ask for.   All My Sons did a GREAT job moving us. It was a huge job and took all day, but they never complained were very friendly and helpful. Every time I picked up a box they would take it and carry it for me! We will definitely use them again next year when we move to the Home we’re building. Highly recommended!!!
