  Hiring Fernando and his crew was the best decision about this move. They were on time, professional, made sure everything was protected, and asked questions rather than assuming they knew what to do in all instances. These guys even went above and beyond to put things in the right place since I could not move furniture (I'm very pregnant). I cannot say enough good things about this crew.

  They didn't show up. What more can you say? I reserved them 3 weeks in advance for a 25 person office move. I paid the deposit. I asked to be the morning move and was told that wouldn't be an issue as I was one of the first people to book them for that particular day. They called to confirm a day before the move. They said late morning, early afternoon arrival. The day of the move... they didn't show up. They didn't call. Nothing. I called 4-5 times throughout the day and everytime they said "we're working on getting a crew to you." But could never give me an ETA. Finally at 4:00 I called again, they said they wouldn't be able to come move my office, but they "might" be able to come the next day. Their explanation. "We just got too busy." I then called Moving Fellows and they were exceptional and moved my company the following day.

  I have known about this company for years through my work and today decided to try them out for my own personal move. I had a 3 man crew and they were awesome! Moving me from an inner city apartment is the pits anyway because of the parking, but these guys figured it out, helped me finish packing, and unloaded all my items in a professional and timely manner. I had a little hiccup getting the keys to my new place. These guys were super cool about waiting; took a lunch break and didn't charge me for the time spent waiting. They did a way better job than I could have and will totally use them again for any moving needs.

  Started off on the wrong foot, as they were scheduled to be at my Mother's apt. between 8-9 am. After calling them twice they showed up at 3:00 pm. Suspect a dispatching issue. The crew themselves were clean, respectful and courteous. Very efficient and careful with belongings. Worked until 9:30, but didn't charge the O/T, as being late was their fault. Overall, a good experience.
