  I had to deal with them for 8 month's which was ridiculous. Very rude & disrespectful home health aides. Many peed in the staircase. One pooped in the staircase. My building management told me to put up a sign that said if I was not going through the staircase, lobby, elevator, hallway, or anywhere in the building they should not/can not be there alone. Had to call the police on one cause her husband or whatever he is came over and threatened me. A few stole from me. Many yelled at me. I will tell you about 85% were total hood-rats. Disgusting human being's. The supervisors were ridiculous also. They are suppose to pick up the phone which they don't know how to do. When they did pick up, they usually would hang up when you were talking to them. Ms. Dean was a rude, and ridiculous supervisor. Only one was good. Not rude, and always's picked up the phone. My service coordinator Mona was alright. Her boss though was a real B*TCH! Disgustingly rude & had no clue how to do her job correctly. I am finally done seeing this agency. Horrible agency! Never go for them!

  One of the worst home health aide agencies ever. Im not racist or discriminate against anyone but we are in America so if your a hha you should speak decent English. This agency will send workers to your house who wont understand english so how can they care for you if they don’t understand you ? This agency dont care about their clients so dont ever sign up with them they are the worst i swear 😒. They send people to my house who dont even know their colors omg worst experience ever
