  Tony was awesome, showed me 2 vehicles that had the parts I needed, gave me very quick pricing as I pointed out what I needed, to be honest I thought I would have paid more for what I got elsewhere, if they have your vehicle in stock, they should be your first stop, I went to the other yards and then came back and got everything I needed from Tony. Thank you for your fast and friendly service, your a good person Tony.

  Today is 02/08/2018. I have talked via the phone to the person from All Japanese Auto Parts. I asked him to transfer me to Tony. This person was very rude and aggressive in talking to me. I suppose to take my car to get some parts from them on Saturday 02/10/2018, and to fix it with the mechanic there. However, after this phone call, I will never go there even I am in serious need to fix my car. ETHICS, GOOD COMMUNICATION, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE are important for me and NO. ONE principle for any business. This person who I talked to him today (I wish if I know his name) affected the reputation of this business. If he is the owner or an employee, he really needs to work on some training programs to enhance his communication and ethic skills. My point is, I do not care if they have good parts or not. If you need to go there, make sure you talk and deal with the fantastic gentleman “TONY”, again “TONY”, and again “TONY”. If TONY was not there, I really encourage you to buy from other business. This salvage yard (junk yard, or junkyard) business worth nothing without TONY. I really feel sorry for Tony, and feel sorry for the mechanic who is going to lose some money because he is not going to fix my car on this coming Saturday. I wish if Tony is going to read this review because I am not going to call this business (All Japanese Auto Parts) to cancel my appointment on Saturday. The one star I gave in this review is just for the ethical and polite gentleman, “TONY”! Otherwise, this salvage yard is NOTHING!! This is a serious review!!! Take it into your consideration!! Good Luck!!

  I've purchased several parts from All Japanese Auto Parts. The salesman, are prompt and always have my parts ready on time. The knowledge they have of Japanese vehicles is amazing. Tony, even went as far to verify certain parts through the dealership to ensure my parts will work. Thanks guys
