  Called on an ad for 3 rooms plus hallway for $79. They offer same day service. I've had a lot of people in and out lately installing new HVAC and other stuff. I also have four dogs so the carpets were pretty dirty in the travel areas. I called early in the am and made an appt. for that same day between 10-12 am and Dwayne showed up around 11. He tried to upsell me on a bunch of stuff like Teflon coating, etc. but all I wanted was the carpets cleaned. He hurried through the first pass and really didn't take his time. So, it turned out pretty bad. Then, he asked if I wanted the 'deep' clean for an extra $60. At this point, I said sure, because I was still under budget. He brought out a scrubber buffer and really put down a lot of pre-wash spray this time. He went through slowly. Then, he came back with the steam vac and did the job right. Now, the carpets are clean again and I can go another year and have them really cleaned by another company I know when I have time to wait on a scheduled appt. My advice is, don't let the ad fool you. My house is filled with furniture and rugs and none of them were moved. Trying to upsell me add ons really kind of annoyed me. But, if you do go with All Clean, tell them what you want and stick to your guns. The extra $60 was worth it. But, I don't like being put over a barrel.

  Dewayne was so professional & friendly. My carpets looked terrible from my little ones & our new puppy & now they look beautiful! I will use them again & recommend them again & again!
