  Broken washer door. Tech came out; we said the small broken piece of plastic was inside. He said it wasn't. Charged us $97 to fix it. Two weeks later, door broken again. He comes back. We show him the broken piece we were able to easily pull out. He replaces several things, charges us over $200. We say if he'd done it right in the first place we wouldn't have 2 service calls plus extra parts. I was willing to meet the guy half way but I wasn't going to pay again for work that wasn't done right the first time. He became very angry, pulled his parts out, at one point got right in my face and said, "You wanna fight? Huh? You gonna hit me?" (I am a 5'2" tall female). Called us twice from his cell, screaming into the phone. I filed a police report because it was so creepy. I would never call these people again for anything.
