  I have had All Appliance Service to my house at least three times. The only reason I call them is because they are the only company that works with my warranty. All three times have been for my dishwasher. The first repairman was prompt, friendly, and appeared competent. The second and third repair was with Dwayne. His manner is so confrontational and accusatory that I will not use this company again if I do not need to and if I have to for warranty issue I will wait and ask for a different person. On Dwayne's first visit, instead of apologizing to me for not giving me a courtesy call that he was on his way (which was not necessary since he arrived during his scheduled slot), he accused me of putting the wrong number down. I immediately went and checked my request for service to see that in fact I put the correct number down, he was using an old phone number presumably from the company's older files from past visits instead of using the number I added for this visit. On Dwayne's second visit, he called to let me know he was coming at the very tail end of the time slot. My husband had stayed home from work to be there for his visit and was required to go back into work. I told Dwayne that my husband had waited and was not not going to be able to stay past the scheduled time slot but my adult daughter would arrive shortly after the end of the time slot and could he either wait or come a little later? He immediately got defensive and aggressive. His mannerism is so gruff that he makes me feel uncomfortable in my own home. While he seems to know how to repair the appliances I would much rather have some one else in my home.

  I have this shop thru my service agreement with NFM. Dan called 20 minutes before he arrived to confirm address which also gave me a heads up to planning the rest of the day. He was courteous, tidy and fast. It pleased me that he brought the part with him, and dishwasher was repaired in minutes. Thank you for the great service!

  Brian is great to work with. Had another company come to diagnose before All Appliances & misdiagnosed the whole thing & threw out a completely bogus number of $1800-$2000 minimum to fix our washer recommended we get a new washer. Brian from All Appliances visited & he discovered it was a fairly simple/routine fix. Got the whole job done for $350, no need for a new washer. Certainly will call these guys here again if I have any further issues with my Maytag washer or dryer. I highly recommend Brian & All Appliances.

  Larry is amazing! He found the part I needed and had it shipped overnight from KC. He fixed my washer late this afternoon after receiving the part, so I didn't have to wait. Appreciate all his hard work

  We have an extended warranty on our washing machine but Lowe's won't help us get it fixed. What a joke, they only have 1 repair store in all of Omaha. Had an appointment today with the worst store ever. Repairman from All Appliance only waited a total of 20 seconds before driving away. The extended warranty person Angel won't help us get our washer serviced, rudest person ever. Repairman Steve showed up at 8:42am, appointment time was 12 to 4 pm. Came back at 2:23 pm but had no patience and was gone before I could walk 10 steps to the front door.Harris My washer is putting sand in my clothes with every wash, even washed a load today to show them, but never had the opportunity. What a waste of money on both the appliance and warranty. I will never buy anything from Lowe's again. Cannot believe we purchased with hard earned money and no one cares within such a huge corporation as Lowes or All appliance.
