  I've gone to quite a few dealers in search for a family car and this is by far the best dealership I've been to. Alex Kostoski has welcoming and outstanding customer service; his thorough knowledge of the Ford models helped me filter out my choices. What my family and I appreciated the most is the fact that he guided us to truly understand what each car we were interested offered us and based on that we were able to come to a decision. Warm customer service, professional environment and welcoming nature.

  I have bought a number of vehicles from this dealership and have always been happy. I called today with questions about my tow hitch on my truck and spoke with Boris and after explaining what I was looking for instead of just taking my information and giving me a bogus answer to get me off the phone as you might expect sometimes these days, he said he didn't have this information and handed my questions to a co-worker who did. I appreciate that very much. Curtis Villarreal, who helped me with the information was very helpful, and went above and beyond answering my questions. I know that he is a salesman and that he didn't need to answer my questions because I am not an immediate sale to him but it is this kind of friendly temperament and knowledgeable personality that really reflects well on the dealership.   I had a great experience, particularly dealing with Alex Kostoski. I was interested in buying a very specific car, but I wasn’t too sure. Alex was patient, walked me through all my options and was not pushy at all (which is the experience I got in some other places). I can’t imagine going anywhere else for another car. If you are interested in a Ford, go see Alex.

  Great experience at all American ford today! Couldn’t be happier with the car and the service. Everyone was warm and helpful from the minute we walked in the door, from the greeter to the actual owner.
