  The service is impeccable and the inside is extremely clean and organized. Tanner was extremely helpful, and he goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I will be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone.

  I'm so impressed with the service. Tanner is awesome; knowledgable, not only about the business, but the character of the people he serves. He knows, basically, what a person wants or needs within the first couple sentences of friendly conversation. That is true customer service. Good customer service is hard to find these days. People just don't care how others feel about the business they are working for. Tanner does.

  Go to DOUBLE APPLE! Way better deals! Completely screwed my vape up twice. If a zero was possible, they’d get it. Don’t go to the “assistant manager” if you go to All about vapors.

  Ordered my juice on a Friday. Called them the following Wednesday and spoke to a guy named Jesus. He told me that he is the only one making juice for them and he is really backed up. He then stated that he had not even made my juice. I told him I wanted him to cancel the order, he replied "I would, but I don't know where the associate is that knows how to cancel the order". I hung up with him and went to AAV's website. I clicked the contact us, and typed this very thing ☝️. I did not get a reply or an apology from anyone. I got a "your order has been cancelled" text message. Of my last 4 orders, the first 2 we're made incorrectly. AAV fixed them but it was a hastle. The 3rd order I made was online for pickup in Austin. I was given someone else's order completely. I didn't know it until I filled my chamber and was hit with a nasty vanilla menthol. Took it back in, because it's not what I ordered, he just put a new cap on it and put it in the other customers bag even after I opened it and took it out of the store.... Now this order wasn't even made after 5 days.... I have been using AAV since they opened. My account shows HUNDREDS of dollars spent there. I don't see any way I'm going back. Horrible customer service....
