  This is my reply to a fellow Cleveland Park inquiry for a contractor... I wish they had a website to leave comments. If they did, they get so slammed!!! I guarantee that’s why they don’t. Besides, they are a “roofing company” and they SUCK AT THAT, much less construction!!! I have the “roofing” proof. Alford Construction were the contractors that did my house. I didn’t hire them, the previous owners/flippers did. I’ve had numerous issues from before we closed on the house and still today. Poor quality, sloppy, cheap, LATE, cut too many corners, and worse - they lied to my face many times!!!! I’m happy to let you view some of their “work” if you’d like. Good luck!

  These people knocked down my fence, dug up the landscaping in my backyard and used my gate to enter and exit my yard while working on a job site that touches my property. They gave no warning of doing any of this work, asked for no permission and have yet to contact me despite many, many attempts at connecting on my end. The Alfords are a wonderful example of the bottom-feeder quick turn builders that are constructing blemish after blemish in the wonderful neighborhoods of Nashville while trampling on the neighbors who have lived here peacefully and happily for years. I'm disappointed in the cowardice behind this family business declining my calls and emails, and I'm angry at the entitlement they feel to enter my property and destroy my hard work without notice or permission.

  Alford Roofing and Construction were wonderful to work with!! They helped me replace my roof, as well as build out my new Chiropractic Office. Their team was efficient and finished both projects on time with superior results. They were professional and I would recommend Alford Roofing and Construction to all my colleagues, friends and family!!
