  Purchased a used car 4 months ago from these guys and was given a sales manager signed "we owe" slip listing a second keyless entry key and a car manual to be sent to me. After two months of leaving phone messages with various sales people I finally got a hold of someone that said they would get back to me with all of the details within a few days. It's now been almost 2 months later with no responses to my latest attempted contacts to this individual and the dealership. It seems these guys are extremely helpful and nice when they're selling you something but couldn't care less when it comes to what they are legally required to provide you via a contract they made once the sale is complete.

  Experience couldn’t have been better! Salesman Aaron was the best - attentive, stayed 2 hours past closing to make sure I was set. Great, honest, no-nonsense deal. Highly recommend Aaron.

  I really for the first time ever enjoyed my car leasing experience. Gary and Bob together worked to get me the deal I wanted without all the games. I came in, told them what I wanted and they made it happen. They went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted when the only one they had was in a horrible color. Everything was so simple to understand, they didn’t try to hide any fees or anything. I kept waiting for the “gotcha” moment but everything was exactly as we agreed upon and I will for sure be back in 3 years when my lease is up.

  I recently purchased a lightly used 2016 Audi A3 from this dealership. Overall the experience was alright. I live about three hours away so I contacted the dealership gave them all my information and was told the car would be ready when I got there. The car was out front and I got there right at closing due to DC traffic but none of my paperwork was done when I got there and I dealt with a different sales person on the phone then when I got there so that was annoying. The car was in excellent interior condition and alright on the outside, I was told there was no marks or scratches on the vehicle and sure enough when I arrived their was a scratch on the front where it someone hit something small and a big black smug on the driver side mirror which was annoying because I didn't get a deal on the vehicle I paid market value as the dealer wasn't negotiable from the get go but it was the closest one.. BUT just from all that I would still give the dealership a 4/5 stars but its what happened after I handed the dealership a check for the low rating. I only got 5 minutes down the road before a low tire sensor light came on. Originally I just blew it off because I figured the vehicle was sitting on a lot and it probably just lost some air. Just to play it safe I got off the interstate after about 15 minutes and stop at a gas station to fill it up. When I get out to my surprise the tire was almost completely flat.. Now I didn't hit any pot holes or do anything to cause this, I end up changing the tire to the spare and made my slow journey home. I notified my sales agent the next day, her response "oh no I'm sorry to hear that." I can't help to think they knew of this and just filled the tire with air before I arrived. I called the dealership and left a voice mail on the managers line and never heard back. No surprise. They also didn't clear the service messages on the vehicle which you can only do with a vehicle computer so I had to take it to my local Audi to get the service messages cleared to prevent it from obnoxiously beeping every time I got in.

  Excellent service! I called the day before and they were able to get me in the very next day. I even got an email confirmation for my appointment. The other Volkswagen dealerships in the area didn't get me a confirmation email. The staff working at this dealership and in the service department especially are top notch. I got a great deal on an oil change. Even the receptionist at checkout was more than nice. Highly recommend and I will be coming back next time.
