  We love our dentist! They are so kind from the moment you walk through the door. My kids feel extremely at ease and happy in the seat. There is also never a long wait in the waiting room! Very well run!

  Today I had a dental appointment with my children, the girl in the office is very kind, she knows how to listen to patients, I love being there. Dr. Lopez is excellent with children, they feel safe during the appointment, he is a great team to work with. 👍🏻👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Wow… not a good experience. I book an appointment with their office. The office manager Mary called back to confirm insurance information, she was very polite. The day of the appointment the receptionist barely acknowledges me. When I say I’m here for child’s appointment she immediately says she has no appointment on record, she does not appear to check computer, and suggests I have the wrong location As I’m leaving I call the number I have on record from setting up the appointment, the same apathetic receptionist answers and ask if it’s me again. She’s still claiming she has no appointment. I ask if Mary works there, the receptionist says Mary is the office manager but Mary isn’t there today and she can’t help me. Obviously at this point it’s clear I have the right location and a mistake was made. The receptionist continues to make no effort to fix or reschedule. This receptionist’s attitude was absolutely pathetic. At this point I would expect a professional staff to go out of their way to at least schedule a new appointment to keep the business. This receptionist couldn’t care less. Recommend lots of coaching and follow on training for the staff here - doesn’t matter I’m taking business elsewhere. — I returned to office to speak with the dentist about the experience, he was very kind, calm and professional. None the less I the receptionist is the first impression of an office and this office was experience was awful.

  Dr Lopez and his staff are great. My two children been going here for years. Love how after every visit the Dr comes out to speak to me and gives updates on their oral hygiene. Keep up the great work everyone there.

  My son had a toothache. When I called the next morning to make an appt I was able to be seen that very morning. X-rays were taken and my son’s teeth examined. Dr.Lopez was thorough to rule out an infection and was very good at explaining the situation. We left very happy.
