  I have a small store in the mall and needed some metal framing, as well as glass done when I redid the store. I had a few companies come in and give us quotes. Alert Glass was not only very competitive, they were also very customer-driven. Some other companies just wanted to measure and get out. The representative from Alert Glass took his time to discuss exactly what I was looking for. He worked with me on developing a plan for exactly what I needed. He made suggestions that were cost-effective, even though it meant his company would not be “making” as much money. The work was completed exactly as set out in their proposal. The installers were on time and courteous. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. The whole process from start to finish was smooth. Alert Glass is outstanding!

  The fellas at Alert Glass do excellent work and are friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced. I needed double paned insulated glass replaced in a wooden window sash, and looking around on the internet I didn't see many options. One place wouldn't touch a wooden framed window (afraid they would break it), and another place was $80 more expensive. Steve said, "We do them every day, bring it down". If you've got window repair needs (even screens), give these guys a call. Their services go beyond what's described on their website. Prompt service, and a good job. I highly recommend them.
