  Called to have a shoe put on hold, arrived 45 minutes before their posted closing hour of 9pm and the doors were already locked and I could see the staff inside just sitting around doing nothing. Simply awful.

  Never have I ever felt so disrespected. I am a woman with larger feet I wear a size 11. I asked one of the workers for a shoe in my size and his response was that's a big size. Yes it is young man but there's no need for the commentary. Someone else got the shoe for me and the cut was a bit narrow in the front. He asked if I needed an 11 I asked isn't that what he gave me and he responded oh yeah it didn't look that big on my foot. Not sure if that was a compliment but I won't be visiting again.
