The staff are very friendly here. The breakfast is basic, but serves it's purpose. The pool area is nicely kept. The rooms are small, and the bathroom is even smaller. It's so small that you can't help but touch the toilet coming out of the shower. The rooms looked clean, but my son found a leftover almond on the floor. The beds are a bit too soft in my opinion. I only picked this hotel because of free parking, but it was a decent stay.

Very nice Hotel conveniently located close to public attractions and good food. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with private balcony. Hotel staff was accommodating and helpful, and I would gladly stay there again. Hope this input is helpful to someone !

The staff at Alder Hotel really go above and beyond to give their guests a great experience. My husband and I stayed here for a week while we were getting married in New Orleans and they made our experience really special. The hotel is in a great area, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Thank you for making our stay so great!

Superior room, with comfortable beds and climate control. Spacious bathrooms and quiet quarters. Good breakfast and coffee. Very clean and sheik decor and professional staff throughout. Certainly would come back. Thanks! Still waiting for my green swim trunks that blew off the balcony now laying on your carport. Mentioned it to the desk 3x while I was on vacation. Hot water in bathroom shower not very hot, and water pressure a bit poor. Maids amazing! Sometimes the lady breaks down the breakfast prior to 10 am, but not the gentlemen he waits.

Great staff. Quiet setting. Close to everything. I love the retro vibe of the place. ( I will add one thing.) The brand new looking shower door was leaking out of the shower stall. Instead of having a maintenance crew messing about in the room we were staying in for a week, they made sure we had plenty of towels and floor mats to catch the small amount of water leaking. The staff was eager to help in any way. We just preferred the option of staying in our room. They turned an annoyance into a way they could better serve the customer.
