  I agree with all comments here! They are so kind & helpful. Excellent customer service doesn't even come close to describing my awesome experiences with this bank. I've been a customer for about 8 years & they are really the best!

  I agree completely with the first review on here. This bank is literally the best bank ever. So friendly and will really go the extra mile to help you out. They are personal and care about the people who bank with them and they will prove it to you by helping you out when you need. Also you know they give back to the community which is awesome. And they are fun! I will never forget going into the bank when they were supporting the new ping pong place in se and they had a ping pong table in the bank and people playing. I played for like 30mins - I was having so much fun. Michele Hunt opened my account and helped me out lots so I have to also give her some props on this review.

  I've had accounts with a variety of banks over the last twenty years, and by the time I finish describing the difference between those instituitions and Albina Community Bank, I could easily have written a novella or manifesto. However, I will attempt to keep my comments brief and to the point. Wherever you're banking, I can 100% guarantee, you're not getting nearly the same level of personal attention, respect, efficiency, friendliness and quality of professional excellence that you will find at Albina Community Bank. In the 3 years I've been with Albina, I've enjoyed their extraordinary and wonderful degree of customer service from the very first day I walked in to sign up for an account!! Just this morning, I had a difficult payroll issue with my employer, which would've required my having to wait an additional week if not longer, in order to have my check deposited into the correct account. Before calling Albina to discuss the situation with one of their employees (all of whom know me by name!), I decided to search the internet for answers regarding my payroll problem, in order to gain some knowledge of what the typical protocol may be in such a situation. I became anxious after reading several posts by people who've experienced the same issue I'm facing, every response stating, in a variety of colorful ways, that they've been "screwed" and have had to wait weeks to access their paycheck. With little hope and a lot of worry, I called Albina and spoke with an employee familiar to me and explained my particular circumstances. She put me on hold and within just a minute or two, she was back to explain a solution, (which included no fines or fees) and we arranged a time for me to come in to sign the paperwork. I would like to hug this woman, kiss both cheeks and promise to name my firstborn after her; the aforementioned solution will allow me to access my paycheck TODAY!!! I would like to add that I've been consistently thrilled with Albina Community Bank, even prior to this happy outcome. I wish I'd known about them sooner, I could've avoided a lot of the hassle, the endless fines and fees that seem to inevitably add up, as well as the inflexible policies and tricky fine print that other Banks employ. You'll not experience that with ACB. They're absolutely, remarkably the best bank around!!!
