::The pharmacy manager....begins with an L ....will never receive a dime of my money again. Second time I have used this stores pharmacy and received less than stellar customer service from him and his Employees. They do not know protocol or the store policy for that matter for controlled substance medications. Mathew (manager of store) did his best but there’s only so much he can do...he was willing to listen and speak with the pharmacy manager about the situation...unfortunately he does not know protocol as he is not a pharmacist...but...Ralph’s does. Go there....it’s only about a .5 mile drive. I never have to wait more than 15min for my prescriptions and they Know when they will be restocked.
