    Honestly google should make a 0 star option for this place. I knew I was going to have an awful experience right when I walked through the door. I wasn't greated when I walked in and legit stood infront of the guy at the register for a good 3 mins before he even looked at me. I got my food 7 mins later which at the time I rated about a 4/10 for the money but it didn't end there. We ate our food and left, about an hour or two later my friend started getting an upset stomach but I thought he was nagging initially. I went home that night and had the worst stomach pain of my life and constantly felt the need to puke. I called my friend the next morning and he said he felt the same way. The upset stomach lasted for about 3-4 days. So honestly, if you are a fan for horrible customer service and have 3-4 sick days you can spare off work this is probably your best bet. Just save yourself the hard times and go next door to jimmy johns.

    I ordered from this place via grub hub.I ordered a 12 in sub and the bread was very hard.Before I put them on full blast I will try the WSU location one more time.Maybe they were having an off day.

    They got my order wrong, three times. Horrible customer service and blamed me for their incompetence. I was really craving a bagel from Einstein, but they're closed for the summer so I decided on AlBasha. I ordered my usual, steak with no veggies. I reiterate to the guy taking my order that I only want meat, cheese, mayo and lettuce. Further, I state, no tomatoes, onion, green peppers, pickles. Food comes out, steak with onion, pepper and lettuce. I tell them they got the order wrong. The guy asks me what I order and I repeat my order. He tells me that I should have told the guy I didn't watch veggies. I did. Food comes out again. Literally the exact same sub as before minus the lettuce. This time, I'm blamed for not ordering the right thing. I was supposed to order a Philly steak because they already mix the other steak. I didn't want a Philly steak but I'll take it since they can't figure anything else out. I've been there multiple times before and was able to get regular steak without any veggies. A one star rating is far too high of a rating.

    Unprofessional management. I ordered food and after I got it, there was missing sides and sauces. I called to inform them and Sam, the manager literally argued about how I was wrong. After he asked what do I want now, I mentioned I'd like this corrected and delivered. It was my son's order who they got it wrong. And thanks to them, he will go hungry until we go home. My place if job has no halal food, and as a Muslim, i expected them to understand that. I paid extra for items I did not receive and extra for delivery. He literally lied about packing it properly. Then, he said to call an Uber to send there for him to provide what's missing. As a long term consumer of Al Bashas, I felt their solution to handle it was very unprofessional and poorly done. Why should place an order through Uber or Uber eats to have them resend me my correct order. They could've simply offered a refund and I would've reordered right back from them. If your business doesn't care about customer service then why would you even be in the food business? And as a manager to another manager, Sam's reaction towards my truth is an extremely bad impression of this local business.
