  This company never delivers when they same they will. When I call to confirm my delivery. They always say they are going to call you back and they never do. The lady in office assured me that I would have a delivery, the next day is here and still no delivery. They claim to not have any way of contacting the drivers. What kind of company says they cannot contact the drivers?!?! How are they running this company?!?! I recently learned about assistance with converting from oil to gas. It’s on the NYC.gov website. I will be working on this conversion ASAP so I don’t have to keep dealing with the incompetence of this company. I suggest you all do the same!!!! Or find a more reliable company that runs better!!

  I been dealing with Alba Fuel for many, many years. I can't remember the number of years. Delivery Service is A+. The quality of customer service is outstanding.

  Incompetence + non-existent customer service. They miss their auto-delivery commitments & then just blame the customer or "the computer" without making any attempt to truly take responsibility, less alone offer an apology.

  Stay away from these kangaroos! Under no circumstances should you let them anywhere near your boiler. The quality & professionalism of their service department technicians is patchy and inconsistent - at the best. They lie openly to their customer, having once left me an entire weekend without service. This rot goes all the way to the top. I once escalated to the owner, to find that even a government bureaucrat in a former communist country had a better understanding of 'customer service' than this guy! They do have cheap oil prices, but once again, completely unreliable. They left me without oil in the middle of a winter storm, despite my calling them repeatedly 2 days before. Once again, the lies and deception! Use them at your own peril!
