::Dropped a sweater off to this guy about 4 years ago. This sweater had a stain that couldn’t be removed. The length on this top was pretty long so we agreed that he would just alter it. He would cut the bottom off and redo the hem. I guess he messed up beyond repair because every time I came in to pick it up he would tell me “my wife has it, come back Thursday”. At first I went in for two years constantly, went in weekly asking for my $80 Armani sweater back. This went on for years! I gave him so many chances. I still have my receipt. The owner is a snake. I still want my item back! Don’t send your things here...you won’t see it again. Since I haven’t seen my sweater in all this time I will review this shop constantly until I get it back! He has never even once even offered to give me $20 toward my $80 item that he took. His wife is probably wearing it. Smfh

::Clean shop and attentive. Always willing to give you a discount or work within your schedule. Will give you a credit if something happens with your dry cleaning. For alterations, I WOULD NOT go here. The pants I had taken in were way too far in and uncomfortable. My girlfriend had a dress taken up and the seam was uneven (and they also didn't take up the lining as well, so it awkwardly hung down). Definitely bring your dry cleaning here as it's local, but definitely don't have your alterations done at this shop.

::These guys are great. I came in this morning to drop off my pants for alteration and was notified at noon that they were ready to go. Picked them up and they're just what I asked for. The staff were very friendly and seemed genuinely happy for my business. One of the best dry cleaning/tailoring experiences I've had in a while. Will be making this my regular place from now on.

::For alternations: If you care about details and desire a quality service, there are many better options. I've been their customer since spring and have brought them at least 7 pairs of jeans and chinos for a variety of jobs: reshaping, tapering legs, taking in the waist, shortening, etc. The stitches on a couple of them would come off after only wash, the rest would become loose after 4 or 5 washes. They also did a poor job at measurements, when doing reshaping, 2 of my pants came out one side less tapered than the other at upper leg. The main reason I left this place is that the gentleman at the front lied to me. When picking up pants that I asked them to re-do, I found they did not do a good job so I asked them to redo it again. The gentleman lied to me said they can't do it because they "have already cut the material off". It's common knowledge when tapering legs, you simply fold and stitch the extra material. So I folded one leg inside out, pointed at the seam, and asked him "you said you cut off the material", he said nothing. Dishonesty is unacceptable. The feeling they left me is that they know how to operate the machine, but they lack knowledge of designing and craftsmanship. They definitely get a simple job done, but if you want a quality work, it's not the place.
