  I go here for all my car washes, it's a convenient location and never have to wait for a vacuum or wash. The employees are friendly and helpful.

  Horrible. Presoak was a joke. Didn't even clean the dirt off the windscreen. If I could I would give it zero stars.

  Update: Recently the staff has gotten a lot better! The washes have also gotten better. Randomly it does some super cool wax cycle that has blue and purple LEDs. All of these recent changes deserve another star😃👍 My family and I visit this Alaska Laser Wash regularly. In the past six months the quality of the wash has degraded significantly. A lot of times it stops in the soap cycle, leaving us with no options except paying again out of pocket or the wax cycle totally missing the vehicle. The staff on site is ok if you arrive before 6 p.m. If you arrive after 6 p.m. there is no one there to help with a wash that stopped mid cycle. The best you can do is leave a voicemail message. For what it's worth, I appreciate management taking the time to listen to my concerns. +1 extra star for that. Wash has gotten a little better, because of the recently added second rinse.... recently the staff has gotten a lot better!
