  Information given on the phone is not the same when you go into the office. We had called prior going into the office to ask if we can pay in cash and leave a credit card for security. Waited in line just to find out they cannot take cash. We even had a confirmation number and went in thinking we could pay in cash. Very disappointed with the service as we had to cancel our plans on our vacation due to getting false information. During the phone call we were clear and double checked as we didn't want to waste any time on our trip. Rating: 0/10.

  I rented a car for a day here. The line was extremely long. It took an hour and half to get the car. When I got the car, I made the mistake of not checking the car. When I dropped it off, there were damages found on the massager side, the damage for sure I did not cause. Later on, I got a call from Alamo claim center asking me to be responsible for the damage because the contract said that I should have checked the car. Renters, be aware.

  One of the best priced car rentals in Waikiki. Just make sure you budget time waiting in line to checkout and in the lobby as they pull up the rental, and if you don't arrive early risk your car rental being taken. I had to wait a full hour before getting into my rental, and all the other individuals in line behind me got their vehicles before me. It felt like they oversold their inventory and eventually upgraded our rental but the upgrade seemed more out of necessity since there weren't any rentals in the level we had reserved.

  Unfortunately the place took a while to get us through the line which we spent 30 minutes in, then getting our car which took another 30. They did give us a better car but I don’t think that was by choice, and the staff did seem apologetic but unfortunately we weren’t compensated when we brought that to their attention. Good prices with decent staff, just show early or plan for a wait.

  Just easy to book online (from German website it's cheaper), maybe while waiting in the line of people. Then show the registration number and everything works fine. Assurance and unlimited km/mi will be included. Kind staff, but waiting approximately 30 min, if you come later that 9 a.m.! We booked the little car and got a upgrade to a Mustang or Camaro. Cabrios are possible. Bring back the cars could be crowded but, just easy after the fence at the ground were you got your car.
