Clean room. Great bellhops. Not very friendly Check in staff. Downtown is dirty dirty. Have not enjoyed this leg of the trip. Got that fixed now. Won't make this mistake again. I could stay downtown Birmingham.

Absolutely beautiful. I stayed twice there and every time was fast check in and check out. Rooms were clean and a view from the balcony amazing. Close by are Waikiki beach and Ala Moana Mall, so convenient location. It feels you are at your condominium not in a hotel. Friendly staff, excellent service it’s what made my stay in Hawaii very memorable.

Service is very friendly. The hotel is a bit on the older side. Rooms are small and if you're facing the construction site, be prepared to wake up at 6am.every morning due to construction noise. Overall the walls are pretty thin so there's a lot of noise. The breakfast buffet is decent and varies daily, but service, while very friendly, is slow. The gym is well equipped for a hotel gym.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL if you can get on the top floors. The view is amazing. Attached to the biggest mall on the island. Clean. Even got to enjoy Easter service here. Pool could be upgraded but very nice hotel. Breakfast is decent too.

I have stayed here very many times for business. Is it typical holiday in a hotel room, what are the price they are offering the room for these days, it is a fantastic value. The Ala Moana mall is fantastic across the street. There are three different food areas which and have a lot to offer, especially the one on the far Northwest side. There are some fantastic local restaurants nearby that you probably wouldn't go to mutated Waikiki. That may save you an extra $100 per day as a family! The staff is very friendly. Other than the fact that it is a real old facility, I can't think of a single complaint.
