  I walked in here on a whim and told the clerk I what I had been browsing for online. He wasn't the least bit put off by this and actually offered me an amazing deal on just what I needed. I don't buy glass often but I can guarantee I'll be coming back here for the knowledgeable staff and great glass at great prices!

  I was in the store yesterday and watched the staff interact with another customer that had purchased a e-cig earlier in the day from another store's staff. The e-cig wasn't working properly so the staff helped the customer out to find a resolution. And they did. I was impressed by the professionalism and "customer focused" attitude from the store staff.
