  AJ's is the best thing that ever happened to me. I always hated going to the dry cleaners. Just another chore to my endless to do list. Thankfully I found these guys. After getting fed up with previous dry cleaners I gave AJ's a try at their store uptown and was blown away. Unlike the previous services I used, AJ's actually delivered on their promises. Everything looks amazing every time. My husbands shirts come back looking great with the sleeves nicely organized and clipped, which I've noticed gets rid of the wrinkles they used to get at the other places. Any stain I point out to them, they took out. What really made it AJ's worth it for me is when they added a pickup and delivery service. I signed up as soon as I found out and have never looked back since. It's been amazing!!!! No more trips to the cleaners. No more heavy orders I can't fit in my car. No more worrying about dry cleaning. I leave my bag at the door, they pick it up, and bring it back to me cleaned and neatly organized. Now if only I could do the same with my laundry XD

  I have been using AJ's Cleaners for about 2 years now. They are by far the best dry cleaners I've used. In all the time I've been a customer, not once have they lost an article of clothing nor a button gone missing. They offer same service, returning clothes before end of day. It is conveniently located right next to where I work so it is easy enough dropping off or picking up. The new owners are fabulous people. They have a mom and pop sort of vibe. Like a local general store in a small town sort of feel. I actually look forward to visiting and usually stay a little just to chat for a bit. I would recommend AJ's Cleaning to anyone who is in need of an exceptional dry cleaner. Note : They do offer discount on specific days so do keep an eye out for that.

  Highly recommend AJ's, I've been using them for months. Pickup and Delivery is very convenient. Service and quality are much higher than anyone else I've tried. Always willing to meet my needs. Really great service!

  These guys are awesome! Been using their laundry and dry cleaning pickup and delivery service since I've moved to Charlotte. Customer service is super friendly and helpful. Can't recommend them enough!

  Lucy and the crew saved the day! I flew in for a wedding and when I opened my garment bag, I noticed that my suit, shirts and my wife’s lace dress were soaked. Only one we packed any liquid! After a mad scramble calling darn near every cleaner in the city, Jessica told me to come by. I did and two hours later It was perfection! Thanks guys!!!! Recommending you to everyone in Charlotte!
