  I am truly thankful for this place. I was in need of a part that no one else carried... I called Ajax and YES they had the part... AND it so happened that they were closed already as it was already 7 when I called... But thankfully the gentleman waited for me to get there..from across town...opened the door so that I can get the item I needed...and for that I am truly greatfil!

  Ok. So I am thankful that they were able to answer my initial question. But I didn't like that as soon as I asked my next one and they said no. They just hung up. So that's some poor customer service! I would have went there for other supplies. I'll go elsewhere.

  Only had to speak to one person and my problem was solved. He even gave me sound advice on how to replace my purchased part. Great place and conveniently located.

  Ajax came through again. Tommy the plumber sent by Ajax had two problems to fix at two different properties. Both problems one major were taken care of rapidly and professionally. My Tenants were pleased which makes me happy. Thanks again Tommy and Ajax

  Syntax Error

  Visited the location on a recommendation online. We needed a part that was hard to find and were told this place had all kinds of parts and pieces for older plumbing and it was our best bet. I will say hes very knowledgeable, he knows his parts and problems with different models. But customer service could be worked on. We visited with the part in hand and sure enough the owner had a few items he said were a match. We described the problem we were having and he told us this was sure to fix it. The part wasn't cheap and was laying loose with no package, but he said it was cheaper than replacing the entire faucet and that the part was new. He also made out like the sink we were repairing was a high quality sink, but it was a low end brand that was 30+ years old. After installing the part we still had the same problem as before. At this point we didn't know what else to try, so I called the store and told him the faucet was still leaking and he told us there was nothing else he could do. I asked if maybe the part he sold us was bad, he acted as if this was impossible even though it was not in a package, and then proceeded to tell me he would be doing us a favor if he allowed us to exchange it since "it was now used and I cant sell it". I returned back to the store with the part, exchanged it for another one and left. To make a long story short, I ended up replacing the whole faucet. I cant blame him for whatever was causing our problem, but the attitude I received when I told him the part didn't fix the problem turned me off from referring anyone there. Had he just exchanged the part and said I cant exchange it again if this doesn't work or offered some credit towards something else to fix the problem I would have been a happy customer.
