  Someone from this company called our office and told me the doctor was "expecting this call" and requested I interrupt the doctor who was an exam room with a patient and "put him on the phone". Of course I did not interrupt the doctor. I placed the call on hold. When the doctor was able to get to the phone, he had no idea who this person was and was most certainly not expecting this call. This is completely outrageous and unacceptable.
