  Some advice from a former employee*: go elsewhere for your international shipments. None of the staff have import/export experience and no one is encouraged/incentivized to go learn it. There is a chance your package could be delayed because of a vague or wrong description and/or wrong harmonized code. They don't ask you for enough information to fill out the forms correctly to minimize your duties and taxes. Staff are expected to fill out forms for customers with insufficient information and so they are done in the wrong context. Work turnover takes priority over doing things correctly. The company is disorganized and still working mostly by paper and Excel. Website was updated but glitchy and only offers domestic shipments and doesn't offer address check like the FedEx website does. There were a few customers who paid online but didn't get their labels and so had to have staff make the label for them. If you need a refund for paying online, you can't just cancel it; you have to call or email about it. Owner also wrongfully blamed employees for problems brought to his attention so problems aren't brought up and they persist. He also doesn't like employees to email him even though he doesn't understand English in person very well or retain the information any better. Also, the first rating here was made by the owner's son, who is director of sales. *I was fired for tardiness and admittedly still mad about it as I wasn't the only one late all the time, just the most expendable. This job was also a bait-and-switch in the first place and the owner went back on a verbal agreement made before I started working here.
