  At first I thought this place was great. I took all three of my children there numerous times during the year. Tonight during the rain storm they denied my son care. Claiming that they don’t take patients under 3 years old. Meanwhile my son has been treated there 3 times before. There was not one patient in the waiting area. The nurses were very kind and tried to talk to the doctor to see my son. No luck. That will be the last time anyone in my family uses them. I guess policy changes over night depending on what doctor is working.

  We have come here on several occasions and had a great experience. Wait time is acceptable never more the 20 minutes and the staff is very polite. Every doctor we had seen took their time to listen to all of our concerns and we never felt rushed thru. Facility is very clean

  My partner and I walked in at 8:34pm on a Tuesday night 4/10/18. There was no one in the waiting room. We asked if we could have an appointment and was told by the woman at the front desk that the last appointment they take is at 8:30 and that the doctor is currently with another patient and will not be taking any more patients. My partner then went to use the bathroom where both myself and the women working the front desk could hear her vomit for a duration of 5 minutes. We left without any help and not even any suggestions to the nearest ER or another open urgent care. They were cold unsympathetic and a poor representation of health care. I understand that there are hours of operation and that there needs to be a limit on what can be done to protect both the medical providers and the patients. However you also need to care to be apart of health care. I work in health care myself evaluating and treating patients all day. The hours are long the workload is tremendous and my team and I choose everyday to treat everyone is taken care to the best of our abilities. The actions of this facility do not reflect anything of what health care can be and have no business being apart of the business of caring for others.

  Facility was extremely clean and modern. Easy process and staff/doctors were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment was state of the art as well. I had an all-around comfortable experience which isn't usually the norm when dealing with medical facilities. Thanks Agile Urgent Care.

  Everyone I met at Agile was kind and professional. The facility is clean and appears to have the most updated equipment. It was comforting to meet a doctor who took the time to fully explain a minor condition to me.
