  Ramen here was SO GOOD, in really nice environs with no wait time. Other reviews have said it's somewhat pricey but I'm used to higher prices in SF so for me, it was a good deal. Service was quick and helpful, ingredients were fresh and the broth (chicken based) was delicious.

  We had two types of dumpling (pork and a spicy cabbage) and they were AMAZING!! I can't wait to go back and order a ton of dumplings again.

  One of the good Ramen places I have been too. Their appetizers specially the chicken bun and dumplings, where delicious and the cocktails were savory. The interiors were good as well. Definitely recommend it!!

  Although located front and center in Portland's cheesiest and most tourist infested area, Afuri is by far the best ramen and dumpling restaurant I have ever eaten at. The flavors are subtle, yet superbly flavorful. The atmosphere is a hip, modern warehouse industrial style. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful at explaining the dishes. Very delicious, and highly recommended. It is worth dealing with all the annoying tourists walking by with their painfully pink box of pastries and flashing selfie sticks.
