  Life is a series of new beginnings and each day is an opportunity to be present. I've gained perspective and a more optimistic way as a direct result of my yoga adventures at Afterglow. Dana and her talented staff are assisting me in shaping my physical self yet more importantly my mind. The class variety is one I've grown to love. Formerly, I only did hot yoga and was unaware of the beauty of assortment offered at studios such as Afterglow. As an added bonus the various unique events offered such as movie night, book club and rumor has it Sip & SellI ( can't wait to attend that one), make it more than a workout and more akin to making new friendships in my yoga community. At Afterglow you feel like a yoga family. So happy I found my new yoga home. I once read the true worth of life's journey is not where we end up but who we become along the way. As such, my sincerest thanks to Dana and staff for assisting me in my journey and guiding me to be a better version of myself.

  I have been practicing here since Dana opened Afterglow. IT is a beautiful clean space. Dana and her staff are top notch instructors. Whether you are a beginning or advanced, there are classes for you here. Interesting and informative workshops too!

  I felt at home immediately upon entering Afterglow Yoga. The space is so clean, clear, and welcoming. Everything I expect from a top quality, highly recommended yoga studio. With a variety of workshops, and traditional classes, Afterglow offers a great foundation for beginners. It sets itself apart with unique additions like Glow Flow (done with vibrant neon colors, glow bracelets and black lights). The dedicated instructors there are certified and trained by some of the most respected Yoga Training facilities in New York, making me feel safely guided while practicing in their space. Affordable rates, classes for all, and a family atmosphere that facilitates healing on all levels. I can't say enough for AfterGlow. It is DEFINITELY a studio you'll want to make your home.
