::Staff and doctors are polite, office is very clean, after patients leave room staff disinfect. Wait time was the only issue but there were a lot of people coming in for urgent care. Thank you to all staff their doing a great job 👍🏻

::My daughter went to Urgent Care Dr. Alex Gabriel and staff was kind, polite, fast and very attentive. DR. Gabriel was on point and reassured my husband and I that my daughter will be just fine taking her new allergy medication and we left there not feeling worried. Our daughter was given great care.

::The nurse and receptionist were very nice,I explained them I was in another city and I need time to get there in time they said it was fine. I got there 10 minutes later because of the heavy traffic on Friday and they make me wait almost 1 hour for been late. The Dr wasn’t happy to see me and complain to me that I was there cause the primary care Doctors don’t want to see their patient’s and they are sending us to them , 😞 Today is Sunday afternoon and I’m waiting to be Monday to call the pharmacy to get my antibiotics here in my town of Danbury where I made my visit . I went yesterday and they couldn’t find my prescription and today I been told my prescription was sent to NJ and of course they’re close for the weekend!!😐

::Been coming to this location for a few years now and the Staff/Doctors are always very kind and thorough. Have never once a had a bad experience here or felt neglected/disrespected in any way. Will continue to be the ONLY urgent care center I will go to when in need of medical treatment. Thank you all for always taking good care of me and treating me right. ✌️😎

::So it is 3 days before Christmas and I visited the Urgent Care on Main Street in Danbury. Thankfully I was able to make an appointment with them that day because everyone is booked, including my regular MD. I arrived my scheduled appointment at 5:20pm they were so busy. But despite how busy they were the receptionist at the front desk was helpful to everyone who walked in and very nice. I had to wait a bit for my appointment but I expected that because of how many people were sick. Once I was called in by the sweetest nurse 45 minutes later everything went pretty fast. I got checked out by the PA and was on my way to rest and medicine at home. I am thankful I was able to get in but more thankful that even at 5 something at night and all of them working a full day; they treated me so kindly and took the utmost care. Now onwards to feeling better! Thank you Urgent Care!!!
