I heard all the details of what was going on in different rooms as the staff loudly announced it in the hallways with open doors.....They even chuckled at a previous patient who just left. They scoffed at my paperwork in the hallway. The women at the front were nice, the tall guy that took me in was nice...but not sure what's going on in the back there....Seems like a lot of power is being granted without much oversight. The APRN was nice. He definitely didn't seem as loud about patient details, but still, I've never seen a professional work environment like that. I felt bad for the little girl they were openly talking about in the open area near the rooms in the back. Additionally, a 2.5 hour visit seems incredible to pay $125 for...it was a simple 5 minute visit with the actual doc at the end of the day....

I get very nervous going into walk in care due to past experiences but this was by far the best experience ever. Everyone was so nice and took such good care of me. As soon as I walked in (not feeling great because I had strep) the lady at the front desk helped me out a lot and was the best! Thank you so much!

My father went to their facility today and I am extremely disappointed with their service. He has never filled out forms online before and is more comfortable with filling out paper copies. Instead of offering to assist him with filling out the forms, he had to wait in their office, call me, and the staff members made him feel embarrassed for not being able to fill out the forms himself. He then called me and asked me fill out the form, and waited hours to be seen. Either assistance should be provided for the patients, especially those of the elderly population, or provide paper copies in the office. It is important to note that not all of your patients are going to be as tech savvy as you are.

Although they close at 8pm they don’t seem to want to take anyone past 6:30pm. Previous times I’ve visited I’ve had pleasant encounters with the staff, albeit those visits happened early in the day. This time arrived there at approximately 6:45pm and was told (with an attitude) there are no providers available and they’re only doing covid testing. Nothing of the sort was mentioned on the website regarding this, although when asked the receptionist stated, with even more attitude, that it was. It should be on their website to save people the trip there. The bad attitude of the receptionist because a potential patient is coming in past a certain time is quite unnecessary, people do work and may not be able to make it earlier in the day. If it’s such an issue maybe AFC should reconsider their hours of operation. This way patients will receive the same level of service no matter what time of day. Very disappointing. Update: had a similar experience this morning(11/29/22) when bringing my brother to this location. I checked online for any notations regarding no providers being on site and there was nothing. Also, no signage on the door. My brother and mother walked in and were informed with an attitude that there are no providers. I truly do not understand the need for an attitude especially so early in the morning. I work overnights and it’s quite an inconvenience to go to a location then be told with attitude that there are no providers and that we can go to the Boston Ave location. Which we did and it would be an over 2 hour wait in an extremely crowded waiting room. So chose to go elsewhere. A notation on the site could have saved me the trip and the attitude in a patient facing position is unnecessary. I did attempt to call Leah but could not get through. I was put on hold then transferred to a phone that rang continuously until it changed to a busy signal. I will attempt to call again at a later date.

The staff, nurses, and medical providers were excellent! They took their time to find out what the issue was with my child. I was very pleased with the treatment from the AFC providers.
