  Every time I leave the Aesthetics I feel like a new woman! I love how they only take appointments, I'm in and out in an hour looking fabulous!! I recommend Aesthetics Salon to everyone!!!!

  Love love love Aesthetics Salon. The salon is modern and chic with great customer service. Yene is absolutely amazing and hands down THE best hair stylist in the DMV! Her level of skill and speed is unmatched and she will have you looking fabulous in no time. I've been going to her for years because she is able to execute the exact look that you want every.single.time. Can't say enough great things about this salon!

  Every time I leave the chair, I feel like a new woman! Not to mention, my hair looks amazing and healthy! The boutique salon is posh, and the salon environment feels like you are just sitting amongst your favorite girlfriends.Yene and Salem are the best in the DMV, professional and customer service driven...you won't be disappointed! Wait, did I mention you won't be sitting all day long... yea, that part ❤

  This review is long over due. I have had my hair done here for almost 5 years now. I remember first moving to the Washington DC Metro Area and wanted to transition back to my natural hair and discontinue getting relaxers. I am so happy that someone referred me to Yene Damtew. Not only is she great with working with natural hair, she takes the time to educate you on what products work best with your personal hair texture. I have gotten my hair blown out, colored, chopped, and full weave sew-ins. Her weave installs look so natural and I always receive compliments when Yene has touched my hair (haha!)...Even my husband (who is not a fan of weaves) loves how my weave looks so natural when installed by Yene. Yene, owner of Aesthetics Salon, is the best there is, not only is she capable of meeting my expectation but much more. She is innovative as she is experienced. More importantly, she is a wonderful conversationalist. It has never been dull or dry when I visit. I can always have a casual or meaningful conversation with her while she does my hair. She is friendly and enthusiastic attitude towards her customers and she runs an ethical, welcoming and professional hair salon. The salon is very clean and neatly decorated and might I add, CHIC! I always recommend this place to friends, family, and personal clients for its quality, location, professionalism, and genuine staff.
