  Absolutely recommend!!! My son injured his tooth at school and I rushed him here. She made him feel at ease. She explained everything to him and before you know it he was smiling. She was kind and patient. I’m so thankful she took the time out of her day to make this terrible situation better. My son still talks about the “nice” dentist.

  Dr. Pillai is an excellent provider! She is very knowledgable about the procedures and treatment plan and I would recommend her office to anyone that is looking for a dentist in the Morrisville area!

  After a couple of days of toothache (caused by not having seen a dentist in over 5 years), I had reached out to Dr. Pillai for help, as over the counter pain medication wasn’t helping. Despite being fully booked (it was a Friday morning), upon hearing that I was in pain, they scheduled me in for a quick consult. A couple of x-rays later, Dr. Pillai was able to confirm that I had an infected cavity that would require a root canal. She then reached out to an endodontist to get me a same day appointment. She then prescribed some antibiotics for the infection as well as some pain medication to help with the pain. She also told me to start using a soft or water pick to clean between my teeth. All in all, I had nothing less than first class treatment by Dr. Pillai and her staff, from the receptionist to the hygienist to Dr. Pillai herself. I plan on seeing Dr. Pillai on a regular basis moving forward to improve and maintain my dental health. Thank you Dr. Pillai!!

  I really liked the way I was treated at Aesthetic Family Dentistry. They explained things well. They helped me to understand procedures that needed to be done to my satisfaction. The staff was friendly down-to-earth made me feel more relaxed even though I was nervous about being at the dentist. I will reccomend it to anyone.

  I moved to Cary from Wisconsin and asked my new colleagues where to go for dental care. Dr. Palaji was recommended strongly. I couldn’t be happier. I must say, I loathe having my teeth worked on — she makes it considerably more comfortable than any other dentist I’ve had. Her hygienists are clearly carefully picked for their bedside manner and expertise. They are group of fine professionals lead by a strong, confident woman (yes! 🎉) plus it is a family business, which I also find joy in promoting. I recently moved about 15min farther from her practice and considered going to the dentist that is less than a mile from my new home. The thought left more quickly than it came as I knew there was only disappointment to be had after experiencing the best in Dr. Palaji. Needless to say, I drive the extra 25min each way twice a year and it’s worth it.
