  Took my first class today and I can't wait to go again! Small class size, great teacher... and I enjoyed every minute. FYI, I'm a 56 year old man and while I have been practicing some Yoga for about 2 years, if I can do it, so can you!

  Absolutely love this studio! Small class sizes allows for a more personal workout tailored to your needs and skill set. I have improved tremendously in my few months attending classes. Alli and Jess rock!
