  Keri Prisco was fabulous to work with. We worked out what we thought was a good lease deal. That's where the problems started. We agreed to pay one amount. We rushed home to get our checkbook. Keri and another salesperson ASSURED us it was a done deal. Then we had to go see the Finance Manager. He now said the amount we agreed upon was not NEARLY enough. We told him we couldn't afford anymore. He walked out to talk to someone else. 6 hours later, and we're caught in the middle. Except for Keri, Advantage Honda, you are terrible. I am NEVER coming back to you again, and anyone who wants to lease or buy a car, STAY AWAY from Advantage Honda.

  Had a great experience here while trying to buy my 2018 Honda Pilot. The staff were extremely friendly, and guide you through the whole process. Sergio(sales consultant), and Dylan(Finance Manager) were very patient, kind, and helpful. The car was great and they kept it all clean and prepared for us when we came. I definitely recommend going here. BTW tell Sergio I said thank you so much!

  I purchased my odyssey here and they seemed good. However, every time I’ve gone back to get an oil change, they try and upsell me on a bunch of BS stuff. A system flush, new filters, new tires. Why aren’t there any honest dealerships? I went in for a $40 oil change once, and then they pushed an additional $1000 in “fixed,” so I went with it. The next oil change they came back to me with another $800 in fixes I needed. I’m done with them. Just be honest and stop trying to prey on people’s ineptness.

  My visit and interaction with Jennifer Rosario was a most enjoyable one. She was very helpful in fulfilling my needs and very professional. Additional services were pointed out and recommended as a result of my 10,000 milestone. I accepted these recommendations. I have been going to this dealership since 1997.   Excellent experience! I have had many bad experiences with different dealerships over the last 15 years for vehicle service and repair. Jennifer took great care of me. Thank you so much! I had a recall issue and an emissions problem, as well as needing a state inspection. This was all done efficiently, warmly and sincerely in 1 day. They also gave me a sweet loaner car. My head is still spinning because they exceeded my expectations. The Honda in Brooklyn (Plaza) is a nightmare compared to this dream in Manhasset. Very happy camper over here. Thanks again Jen!
