  I had the cool sculpting with Nadimeh. She explained everything to me that was going to be done in a way that I could understand. When it came time to do the sculpting it went off without and hitch and the way she explained it to me. I’m glad I had it done. That was my first cool sculpting I had done and I would do it again with Advantage Dermatology.

  Doctor Bernhardt is great. I think the world of him. But the staff is STUPID. I just received a collection letter today for charges related to my visit a year ago THAT I PAID!!!!! They are STUPID. Now I have to spend my time and effort to try to straighten out a mess that should never have been an issue. I have an appointment in June that I plan to cancel. Sad. I refuse to deal with their stupidity any more. There are other doctors in this city with smarter staffs.

  i CAN'T EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR!! 1st office visit, waited in room for 1 hr before seen. Then was a quick freezing on some spots. Very rush rush!! Today checked in, paid my co-pay. I was put in room and waited 25 minutes with no communication from anyone, so I walked out. My time is valuable too. I will never go back.

  I have had both as pleasant and professional experiences as I have ever had in all my years of interacting with physicians and their staffs. Dr. Bernhardt is amazingly courteous and caring. I feel extremely fortunate to have come under his care. Thank you Advantage Dermatology! I just needed to return to my review to add the fact I am a patient at the new office at Neptune Beach. It is a much more advantageous location from my home. It is located at 700 3rd St., Suite 101, Neptune Beach, FL 32266.

  I visited Advantage Dermatology because I had a questionable spot on my neck. The staff was friendly and courteous. Because I had filled out my new client paperwork at home, I was taken back almost immediately. Additionally, I was seen by the doctor very quickly. Dr. Bernhardt was friendly and thorough. I felt very comfortable asking him questions. I would definitely visit this establishment again for any skin-related issues.
