  Very unprofessional staff. We dropped off our tax paperwork over a month ago. Here we are two weeks from the deadline and they still were not completed. When we called to see what the status was they were very rude and stated, “we do not give timelines”. I’m sorry it should not take over a month to file. We were also told that we could not talk to Terry. We were only given his voicemail. Terrible customer service and we are taking our business elsewhere.

  Sheri has done my taxes for many years now; more than a decade for sure. Always easy to work with and professional. I highly recommend ATS to anyone. Even though I moved away from Lexington I still use them!
