  I have been working with the AAD staff for about a good 5 years. I am 17 years old and need that extra intense workout that the staff provides. I have been going 3x a week to train for the lacrosse season and the difference in my speed, vert, broad, and strength is extremely noticeable. The AAD staff will work with you to create a workout that fits your sport and you will notice a difference after training with them in the off-season. The workout you will receive is unconventional and unmatched for improvement in sports. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to get the edge over their opponents in sports, or for the person who just needs to get humbled in the gym.

  I currently have two of my kids working with AAD. My son plays baseball and my daughter plays softball. AAD has transformed the way my kids move on the field and the power behind their swings. The knowledge, dedication and commitment from all three trainers is above and beyond my expectations. It is very clear that these guys love what they do, have knowledge above any other trainers I have met, and have a personal interest to see each of their clients succeed and reach their total potential.   I started working with Seth in 2006 to improve my fitness for rowing and am still with him! Seth's workouts go beyond general fitness — he and his team apply progressions over months and years that build specific levels of fitness for my goals. The individualized program is great for me whether I'm competing that season or just rowing for fun. Seth also helped my husband regain strength and mobility after rotator cuff surgery. Can't recommend him highly enough!

  I started training with Seth 11 years ago as part of my rowing program. I was impressed with my improvement, so l joined his adult training program. I love the varied, progressive workouts. Seth and his staff are knowledgeable and a ton of fun. They work hard and, in turn, attract people who are willing to work hard on their fitness. I highly recommend training with AAD!
