  Helpful and curtious. Said they had the part I needed when I called. Got there and they could not find it. Then went out of their way to get it and deliver it to me. Really like there guys.

  They wouldn’t honor the 3 year warranty on my battery because I didn’t have my receipt. They said I had to go back to the location I bought the battery from which was about 40 miles away. I ended up just going across the street to Oreileys and purchasing another battery.

  These guys are amazing!! Bought a fan assembly from them about 2 or 3 months ago, came with a lifetime warranty. My car is out of commission because the fan isn't working. Was able to drop off the fan to them last night, which they had already put the order in less than 5 mins between when i called and when i showed up. I left the faulty with them. They called me a full hour before the quoted time, and worked with me by letting my mechanic come by and grab the part for me since I had no ride. Huge shout out to Robert, Hector, and the others working that night and today. Very friendly and prompt, attentive. Was greeted by every employee that i encountered. Definitely will recommend them to anyone!

  I've been in many auto parts stores, but the service at Advance Auto Parts was superb! Luis is a very knowledgeable technician. Highly recommended!
