  It's an auto parts store, that sells auto parts. Customer service is hit or miss at best.

  There's a few employees who could use some help with their customer service skills. A good attitude goes a long way when you work with people.

  They are very friendly and extremely helpful at the Hyde Park location. I got a great deal on a battery, then they installed it free of charge. I tried to tip the installer, but she would not accept any money.
