  I walked into this store and was astonished to see three happy Gainz greet me I asked for the parts I needed for my vehicle and the staff was very friendly ... after this amazing service the counter guys named Steven G , Jose E , and Christian Q proceeded to Hyper Beam me I mean this was a once in a lifetime experience I am defined recommending this store to all my Daedrics & I will visit this store again :)

  Employee lied about battery being bad, while trying to convince another employee to play along. Few months later same battery and works like new...

  Normally a great experience, but lately over several weeks really bad service. Maybe just my luck to run into a few malcontents unhappy with a job. Today, Sunday, 1.28.2018 at around 11:15 bought windshield wipers for my Vette, a salesman named Barbaro not very eager to go out and install them, then argued when I pointed out something, became downright nasty and told me if I know so much about it why didn't I install them myself. I am a 30 year customer living on the Beach who will happily drive over the causeway to go to Auto Zone from now on. As I am sure the Corporation wants to improve their service and welcome feedback I am mailing this to the Corporate Headquarters also.

  I love this place! I've bought everything from new car batteries to windshield wipers and always use coupons from their website for big discounts.
