  They had my parts gave a 20% discount. Can't say that I'm impressed with knowledge but you can't have it all.

  Had the part I needed ( for my '79 3/4 ton suburban). Friendly, helpful staff!!

  I will never understand the customer service at these stores. You wait in a single line forever while the one employee available to help has to answer every single phone call that comes in before they can help you. This is the worst CS model, but every store works this way. The prices may be cheaper than other stores, but do you really value a saved dollar over the 20 minutes you'll be standing in line?

  Advance auto is a great place to shop for parts, I have yet to be disappointed, their people there are always very helpful and if they don't have the part they always find a way to help me get it. I've gone to several Advance autobetween my home and work but I prefer the one one closest to home, the people there are awesome
