  It's fairly inexpensive lot rent. The landlord is approachable , and the lots are fairly big.

  If you need a place quik without a Hassle moving in just talk to the mngrs they helped me on a rent to own with my credit history id never be able to own a home on my own .Thank you for giving me the chance
