  In all the years we've had dental through Administrative Services, we have never ever had issues with getting approval for dental work or for the payment of the services to our dentist. Excellent service

  I have always have a great experience everytime i call ASO. They clear my confusion and helped me the best way they can. They answer my questions in a very respective manner. You are all AWESOME!!! Thank you to alberta and dianne 👍👌😁

  I have called John a supervisor several times and he never returned my call. He had helped me as a complained about a dentist who claims to accept Sids. That dentist signed a contract but I had to pay him the difference above what Sids pays. I spent a lot of time and money getting that documentation. Now John is in the wind. Not helpful

  The staff is great when you get them on the phone, but every thing takes forever to get processed and make sure you call to ensure that anything you fax is received, they have not received mine on at least three occasions.
